Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Amount
Cancellation is done from 20 days or more before departure – 30% of package cost
Cancellation is done between 19 to 10 days of departure – 50% of package cost
Cancellation is done 9 days or less prior to departure – 80% of package cost
Booking Policy

Initial Amount – 10000/-
bookings done between 21 days or more before Departure – 40% of Package Cost
Between 20 to 11 days before Departure – 60% of package Cost
bookings done between within 9 or 10 days before Departure – 80% of package Cost
100 % on Tour Starting Day
Rescheduling Charges- 5000/- Per Person
Note- Rescheduling is not possible before 9 days of travel date.
above policy will not applicable on non-refundable & 5* hotels.
Above policy will applicable on land component only
Terms And Conditions:
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis. cancellations are not allowed after rescheduling.
Refund will be credited in your account within 30 to 45 Days.
